CNN Newsroom article Lincoln Project is a project based learning initiative aimed at creating positive change in the world by connecting people with world-changing ideas.
The project began in 2013 as a collaboration between Lincoln University and MIT, and its goal is to “transform the way we think about learning and our lives, and ultimately, transform our lives.”
This project has generated more than 1,000 projects in more than 90 countries around the world.
The Lincoln Project began with a few dozen students and faculty, with a focus on the world’s poorest communities, and has grown to more than a million participants.
