Vice News is hosting a contest for users to create fake iPhone apps, a project that has already generated a lot of buzz and excitement.
In the contest, users must create a simple and easy-to-use iOS application that simply asks users for their location and then shows a map that shows their current location.
To win, users will have to design an app that does the following: Answer the question “Where are you?” to a location question Answer the location question again to see where you are The user can tap on the map to change the answer If the user wants to turn on GPS, they must tap on it to turn it on If they want to see the weather, they can tap it to get a view of the current temperature If they just want to send a text message, they will tap on a text box to open the app
